Jinan Banna, PhD, RD is a registered dietitian and professor of nutrition at the University of Hawaii. She has partnered her business alongside Prana Sojourn to provide her excellent nutrition coaching and expertise.
In addition to sharing information in the university setting, she is passionate about engaging a broader audience as well. She offers free information on weight loss and plant-based eating on the Prana Sojourn blog and provides her nutritional coaching services for individuals and groups.
She regularly provides workshops and lectures on various nutritional topics, including plant-based eating, eating well at restaurants, and label reading. She has worked with schools, corporate wellness companies, and fitness centers to provide nutrition information in different formats.
