A Moderate to High intensity 1 hour workout that starts with a creative style of yoga integrating a series of poses into a flow that links breath to movement reducing stress. Subsequently followed by strength training exercises that utilize both bodyweight and resistance bands. And with each class we create custom playlists that have upbeat yoga, mainstream and tranquil music. This class will leave you and your employees feeling relaxed, centered and focused.
A Moderate to High intensity 1 hour workout. Focused on building strength in the upper and lower body. A combination of strength training using bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells. Interval training and movements such as jump squats (plyometrics) are incorporated in the workout to maintain coordination, balance and agility. And with each class we create playlists that are upbeat and mainstream. This workout will leave you and your employees feeling strong and empowered.
A low intensity 1 hour workout. Focused on light mobility work and yoga poses held in a stretch that are designed for everybody to do. Yoga poses are held in a stretch for 1 to 3 minutes each in order to allow your body to adapt to the stretch. Sound bowls, dim lights and tranquil music are utilized to create a relaxing environment and peace of mind to allow you and your employees some time to zone out.
